A carer is anyone, including children and adults, who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, and cannot cope without their support.
This could be a husband, wife, partner, child, relative, friend or neighbour who needs care due to age, illness or physical or mental disability. If this is you, or somebody you know, please get in touch with us – we may be able to help.
Crossroads Care Slough respects the individuality of carers and those with care needs and seeks to promote their choice, independence, dignity and safety. We believe that carers should have access to high quality services that enable them to fully benefit from a break from their caring responsibilities.
We will respect the privacy and personal choices, lifestyles, customs, cultures and values of each person who receives a service and seek to involve carers and those with care needs in the provision, management and development of services provided by Crossroads Care.
If you know someone who may benefit from our services, fill in our client referral form.
